上海市农药研究所有限公司,
上海市农药研究所建于1963年，是我国首家建立的农药专业研究所。1995年经国家科委批准，上海市农药研究所为国家南方农药创制中心（上海）的依托单位。同时，化工部上海生物化学工程研究中心、上海市农药标准化技术委员会、中国上海测试中心农药行业测试点、上海农药情报中心站等机构亦设其内。上海市农药研究所还负责编辑出版国家级农药专业杂志《世界农药》（即原《农药译丛》）。
