陕西人民艺术剧院有限公司，前身系一九四八年成立的中国人民解放军十九军文艺工作团。建国初期集体转业成立陕西省话剧团，一九六零年改称陕西省人民艺术剧院，2009年文化体制改革，转企改制更名为“陕西人民艺术剧院有限公司”。
